The FAQ

Do you Travel?

YASSS! I am based in Suffolk, but I am more than happy to travel across the UK and abroad to capture your special day. *Travel costs apply for weddings outside a 50-mile radius of IP4 Suffolk.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I am fully insured for both public liability and professional indemnity, ensuring peace of mind on your big day.

How many photos do we get?

For full-day coverage, you will receive around 500-600 edited images. For half-day coverage, you’ll receive around 250-300. You will receive all images via an online gallery with printing rights.

How do we get our photos?

Your edited photos will be delivered through an online gallery, where you can view, download, and share them with family and friends. You can even make photos private should you wish to surprise a loved one with a print. You'll also receive printing rights, so you can order prints directly from the gallery.

Can you help with the timeline for the day?

Yes, I’m happy to help with your wedding timeline! I’ll provide guidance on when and where to schedule photos to ensure everything runs smoothly and you have enough time to enjoy your day.

Whats your turn around time?

If you’ve opted for the 10-day turnaround service, your gallery will be lovingly worked on and delivered within 10 working days of your event. And don’t forget – all packages receive a sneak peek within 48 hours, so you can share a few highlights with your loved ones right away! During peak wedding season, standard turnaround times can take up to 10 weeks. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process, ensuring you’re excited to relive your special day through your images!

How do we book you?

Simply get in touch and tell me all about your day – and most importantly, let me know your wedding date so I can confirm availability (I wouldn’t want to waste your time if I’m already booked!). You can reach me via email, text, or phone. If you’d like, we can arrange a discovery call via Zoom, where I can introduce myself and hear more about your plans. It’s crucial that you feel comfortable with your photographer, so I want to make sure we’re the perfect fit. If we’re a good match, the next step is to secure your date with a £300 booking fee and completed paperwork. Then, your day is officially booked!

What happens if you're unable to attend due to illness or an emergency?

In the unlikely event that I am unable to attend, I have a trusted network of fellow professional photographers to step in, ensuring your day is still covered.

How far out do you book?

I recommend booking at least 12-18 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak wedding seasons. However, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some couples plan and marry within a short space of time, while others take years to prepare. Everyone is different. The most important advice I can give is to make your choice as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

What if we don’t want certain moments captured?

Your day is all about you! If there’s anything you’d prefer not to have photographed, just let me know beforehand. I respect your wishes and will work with you to ensure everything is captured just the way you envision it.

How long should we expect to spend on the pre-wedding shoot?

The pre-wedding shoot typically lasts around 1-2 hours MAX, depending on the location and your preferences. It’s a relaxed session, and I’ll guide you through every step to help you feel at ease in front of the camera.
